ENJOY THE AGAVERO LANDSCAPE IN MOTION
Begin your trip at the Guadalajara train station. On the way, look out of the windows as the blue-green farmland horizon looks out over the gentle hills: it is the agavero landscape, a World Heritage Site. ENTER THE DISTILLERIES
Meet the magic of transforming agave pineapples into Mexico's most famous spirit beverage: tequila. First, the furnaces giving off red earth vapors to obtain agave from their nectar; then the grinds extract their juices to be fermented in large stills. In the end, the careful distillation process happens so that the tequila will finally have a long sleep in oak barrels.
